Cancellation and No-Show Policy

When your appointment is scheduled with Lifecare Family Health & Dental Center, that time is specifically allocated for you.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must call Lifecare at 330-454-2000 at least 24 hours in advance to let us know so that we can offer your appointment to another patient. You may reschedule your appointment at that time.

If you miss your appointment, cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, or if you are more than five minutes late, we consider this a “no-show” or missed appointment. Because of the critical lack of access to medical services in our area, missed and “no-show” appointments are taken very seriously.

Patients who “no-show” or miss appointments three times within the calendar year will be dismissed from Lifecare.
