I am pleased to introduce Lifecare Family Health and Dental Center to you! We are your community health center proudly serving Stark County and the surrounding area for nearly thirty years. We offer our hearts and hands to assist you with compassion and comprehensive healthcare services.
We enjoy the special Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) designation, which basically means that we receive federal assistance that enables us to serve all patients. We absolutely have something for all persons, and accept all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Indeed, we are able to serve you through our medical, medication management, dental, behavioral health/counseling, and vision services. Additionally, we offer language interpretation services for you or your family members who prefer our services in a language other than English.
At Lifecare we strive for the highest levels of quality care. From the moment you pick up the phone or come to see us, to your finished appointment, we seek the best experience for you, and strive to help you achieve the best health outcomes. We are your Patient Centered Medical Home and other health-needs’ Home. You are at the very center of our attention and we are your healthcare team to walk with you hand-in-hand as your healthcare partner.
Our comprehensive approach to your care is where we excel. For example, if you begin as our medical patient, we can expand our services as you may need dental, mental health services. We have talented physicians, nurse practitioners (medical and psychiatric), dentists, dental hygienists, counselors, a clinical pharmacist, and an optometrist. We have joined together as one powerful team to care for you as a whole person.
We are also there for you no matter your financial situation. We believe that financial challenges should never limit healthcare services that you need. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most forms of private insurance. In addition, we have a sliding fee scale that can be the source of significant discounts for you. We will look at your household size and household income and apply discounts that match your situation. We also offer a small nominal fee for those with the greatest needs.
Our highest priority is your health and wellbeing. Whether your needs are wellness and preventive care or the treatment of exceptional challenges, we stand ready to help as your healthcare home.
